Annual Blood Donation Camp
About the Initiative
The Annual Blood Donation Camp is one of the most cherished and impactful social initiatives of Shri Bhagyeshprajapati - organized every year on the death anniversary of his revered father, Shree Gordhanji Gigaji Mali, who was a former MLA of Deesa and chairman of the Gujarat Water Resources Development Corporation, Gandinagar.
How It Grew
What began as a small act of tribute in 2007 has now grown into one of the largest blood donation events in the district, bringing together enthusiastic donors from across the region. Each year, hundreds voluntarily donate blood, helping save countless lives in government hospitals and clinics.
How to Participate
Participation is completely voluntary and open to all healthy adults between the ages of 18-65 who meet the eligibility criteria. Donors receive a health checkup, refreshments, and a certificate of appreciation.
